超白透明方形卫生间热熔热弯玻璃

单一弯是结构比较简单的热弯玻璃，只是单纯的拱形弯曲。建筑玻璃当中，单一弯的玻璃热弯所需要的工序相对容易，但许多制造者在制作时不能与模具很好地吻合，有的甚至超过了标准要求，造成安装困难。要想解决这个问题，首先要求热弯炉的电加热布置要合理，能够实现局部加热，其次制品的放置方向要与电热丝方向一致。

弯钢玻璃是将玻璃通过预处理加工（切磨成所需尺寸）再加热到软化温度，然后靠自重或外界作用力将其弯曲成型并经自然冷却后制成所需的弧形玻璃。

Hot bending / bending steel glass is heated to the softening temperature by pre processing (cut into the required size) and then bending by self weight or external force to make the required arc glass after natural cooling.
